At Black Canyon Elk Ranch, we make our living doing what we love!
We farm and humanely and raise our Rocky Mountain Elk on free-ranged, natural grasses -- which makes our meat tender, mild, and healthier. You'll love our steaks, roasts, sausages, jerky, and snack sticks!
Our herd is certified pure strain. We never feed them hormones, antibiotics, or steroids.
At the ranch, the water is cool, the summers are warm, and winters are moderate. It's perfect for raising Wapiti, as the American Indians call them.
At Black Canyon Elk Ranch, we prefer to sell directly to our customers, so we can ensure our meat is always of the highest quality and most reasonably priced.
